Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery at tipzbynd@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your request being denied.
If approved, I will provide a replacement at my discretion. Refunds will NOT be issued.
